The Women's Advocate Program is one example of OSSTF's commitment to ending gender-based violence. The role of the Advocates is to provide referrals and information on community and workplace supports on issues such as sexual assault, workplace bullying, sexual harassment, and domestic violence.
I am a TBU member with OSSTF and have been with Limestone since 2017. Human Rights, activism, and compassion led me to apply to become a Women’s Advocate. I look forward to continuing to play an active role alongside strong females to end violence against women in the workplace.

I am a PSSP member, and have worked for the Limestone District School Board in various positions for over 26 years. I am a passionate advocate for equity and women's rights, and chose to become a OSSTF Women's Advocate to help empower women and support those experiencing intimate partner violence.
