Annual General Meeting
May 18, 2021
The District and Teachers' Bargaining Unit AGMs will take place virtually on May 27, 2021 starting at 4:30 pm. Details will be emailed to Members.
This is an election year. Information about elections and nomination forms can be found here.
The District and TBU budgets proposals and other AGM meeting materials can be found here.
The Constitution and Bylaws that govern our Teachers' Bargaining Unit can only be amended by the Members at a General Meeting. The Constitution and Bylaws can be found below.
The Wib Mayor Award is presented at the AGM to a Teacher who is involved in OSSTF committees or councils and who is distinguished in their subject field. It also recognizes Teachers who have taken leaderships roles with respect to professional development in their field.
The recipient of the Wib Mayor Award in 2019 was Rebecca Dillon. (No Wib Mayor was given in 2020 due to changes made as a result of Covid and a shortened virtual AGM.)
There are other District Awards. Please go to the District page for more information.
