The Gay Straight Members' Alliance was created in 2011. The name was changed in 2021 to Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity Committee (SOGIC). The group has met in the past to discuss issues related to Two Spirited & LGBTQ+ members, however it is currently not active.

Pflag Canada is a national charitable organization, founded by parents who wished to help themselves and their family members understand and accept their LGBTQ2S children.
A network of trans* people, family members, friends and allies in the Kingston area that meet monthly to share stories and experiences.
Services are non-judgemental, stigma-free with a focus on reducing the harm from drug use. Services include: Education; Outreach and Harm Reduction Services; Safe injection/inhalation supplies and referrals to supportive services.
